The staff surprised me with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates in my room for my wedding anniversary. The view of Camelback Mountain from my suite was breathtaking and added to the experience. The heated pool and jacuzzi provided a nice way to relax after exploring the area.

I loved spending time by the cozy fire pit and unwinding in the heated pool after a long day. The relaxing courtyard offered a perfect spot for lounging, making the whole experience super enjoyable. The only downside was the limited bistro hours, but it didn’t take away from my great stay! 😊

I highly recommend snooze for breakfast!

I had a great time with my friends! The place was perfect for exploring, and we loved the heated pool. We also visited Short Course at Mountain Shadows, which was a fun activity. The staff was super friendly, and the location is amazing, close to a mall and lots of dining options.

Unfortunately, the wifi was out during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient as we needed to stay connected. This impacted our overall experience as we couldn’t check some things online.

The room fell short in size. it became cramped when the sofa bed was pulled out. Housekeeping left much to be desired, as it wasn't done during my entire stay. Additionally, while the location is decent for Camelback hikes, it feels a bit isolated from the main attractions of Phoenix.
